These terms are the agreement between you and Beyda Dönmez, the developer of Puzzle Numbers. Installing or using the game means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the game.
You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Puzzle Numbers on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. The licence covers playing the game. It does not let you sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute it, reverse engineer it, or extract its artwork, sounds or code for use elsewhere.
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that permanently hides advertising in the game. It is tied to your Apple ID, so you can restore it on any device signed in to the same account using Restore Purchases in Settings.
All payments are handled by Apple, not by us. Refunds are therefore requested from Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com, and Apple's refund policy applies. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
Leaderboards run on Apple's Game Center and are meant for honest scores. Submitting scores obtained by modifying the game, tampering with your device clock, or using tools that play on your behalf is not allowed. Scores produced that way may be removed from the leaderboard by Apple or at our request, and access to leaderboards may be withdrawn.
The daily puzzle is the same for every player on a given day. A score counts only when the puzzle is played on its own day.
The game is offered as it is today. Levels, modes, themes and features may be added, changed or removed in later versions, and a future version may require a newer version of iOS. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of Game Center, advertising or purchases, since those are services run by Apple and Google.
Puzzle Numbers is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case the minimum warranty required by your local law applies.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the game, including lost progress or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the game or its in-app purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law rules. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
If these terms change, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the new terms.
